When you send an enquiry through the website, we collect:

• your first name and email address
• a phone number, if you choose to give one
• your event date
• the type of event
• the event location
• an approximate guest count, if you provide one
• the entertainment you are interested in
• the name of a game, if you started the enquiry from a game page
• anything you write in the message

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.

The service that hosts this website may also record ordinary technical information when a page is requested, such as an IP address and browser type, so the site can be delivered and kept secure.

We use enquiry details to:

• reply to you
• talk about availability and options for your event
• keep a record of that conversation if you go on to book with us

We do not add people who enquire to a marketing mailing list, and we do not sell personal information.

We rely on your request to hear from us before a possible booking, and on our interest in answering enquiries and running the business. Technical logs are used so the website can operate securely.

Your enquiry is emailed to us. That email is delivered by Resend and received in our business inbox. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Those providers process the information only so they can provide those services.

If you allow the Google tag, Google also receives the visit information described under Cookies, for Analytics and for the linked Google Ads account.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights or the safety of guests and staff.

This website does not store enquiries in its own database. We keep the emails for as long as we need them to respond, and, if you book, for the event and any follow-up. After that, we delete them when they are no longer needed.

This website can use one Google tag to see which pages are useful. That tag sends visits to Google Analytics, and it is also connected to our Google Ads account. It does not run unless you choose Accept on the cookie notice. Choosing Reject, or leaving the notice unanswered, means the tag is not loaded and those cookies are not set.

If you allow it, Google may store cookies named _ga and _gcl_au. They recognise a returning browser on this site and are used to measure visits and advertising. The information can include:

• the pages you view, and roughly how you arrived
• a general location, such as a town or region
• the type of device and browser

If you send an enquiry while analytics is allowed, that same tag records one lead. The only details taken from the form are the entertainment option you chose from the list, such as Fun Casino or Games Hire, and which page of this website the enquiry came from, such as Weddings or the home page. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, guest count, or enquiry message to Google. The page name is kept in this browser tab so the lead can include it, and it is sent only if you have allowed analytics.

While analytics is allowed, the tag can also record a call to action you choose, whether a phone or email link was used, that you started the enquiry form, and whether the form was stopped by a validation or sending problem. A phone or email click records only that it was a phone or email link, and where on the page it sat. It does not include the number or address. A validation event names the field, such as email or event date, and does not include what you typed.

Google says Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google’s description of this data is in its privacy policy and Analytics data practices.

Your accept or reject choice is saved in this browser so we can remember it. That choice is not sent to Google. You can change it at any time with Cookies in the footer. If you turn analytics off after allowing it, we stop sending visits and remove the Google cookies from this browser.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to limit that use. You can also turn analytics cookies on or off from Cookies in the footer.
