These terms cover your use of the Crazy Vegas Entertainment website at crazyvegasentertainment.com. They explain what the site is for, and what happens when you send an enquiry.

A confirmed booking is agreed separately. The details we confirm with you for that event — including price, timing and what is included — are the arrangements that apply to the hire.

The website is operated by Crazy Vegas Entertainment. Questions about these terms can be sent to crazyvegasentertainment@gmail.com.

The site describes our Fun Casino and Games Hire and lets you ask about a date. You may browse it for your own event planning. Please don’t misuse it, try to disrupt it, or send an enquiry with details you know are false.

We may update or remove pages, and we may suspend the site for maintenance, without notice.

Sending the enquiry form, or emailing us, is a request for information. It does not reserve a date and it does not create a booking. Availability, price and what is included are only confirmed when we agree them with you.

Nothing on the website is an offer we are obliged to accept. We may decline an enquiry, including where a date is already taken or the event is outside what we can provide.

Fun Casino is entertainment. Guests play with fun money. It is not gambling for real money, and the casino tables are not played for cash prizes.

If you decide to go ahead, we will confirm the event in writing. That confirmation covers the practical arrangements for the hire, which can include the date, venue requirements, what you have booked, the price, and how a change or cancellation would work.

Until that confirmation is in place, a date is not held for you.

The text, photographs and branding on this website belong to Crazy Vegas Entertainment, or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for your own commercial use without asking us first.

We take care to keep the pages accurate, but they are a guide. Packages, photos and descriptions can change, and the confirmation for your event is the version that applies to you.

We are not responsible for loss that comes only from relying on general information on the website, except where the law does not allow us to limit that responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy page.
